Lincoln Offenders Sentenced |

Three prolific offenders from Lincoln were sentenced last week for a raft of offences.
Dean Millington, aged 47, of Newark Road in Lincoln was sentenced to a total of three years for burglary, shop theft, assault and vehicle offences, including aggravated vehicle taking.
Penny Carey, aged 31, of Addison Drive in Lincoln was sentenced to a total of two and a half years for breach of a Criminal Behaviour Order (CBO), burglary, assault and shop theft. She was given a three-year CBO with conditions not to enter any retail premises in Lincoln except for one pharmacy and one supermarket.
Millington and Carey appeared at Lincoln Crown Court on 6 August for sentencing.
Billy Whealan, aged 37, of Hatcliffe Gardens, Ermine East in Lincoln was sentenced to a year and four months for breach of a CBO and shop theft. He was given a three-year CBO with conditions not to enter any retail premises in Lincoln except for one pharmacy and one supermarket. Whealan appeared at Crown Court on the 7 August.
