Court Result - 11 months imprisonment for repeat theft offender

The Reddish and Heatons Neighbourhood Team recently made a social media and Bee in the Loop appeal for CCTV following a recent rise in theft from motor vehicles and vehicle interference crimes. 

As a result of your responses and hard work by our Neighbourhood Team, we have arrested and charged one adult male. 

He was convicted of 9 offences including theft, fraud and taking a motor vehicle without consent. 

On 4th August 2026 at Manchester Minshull Street Crown Court, he was sentenced to 11 months imprisonment.
