Community Update - Serendipity Care Home

Good morning,

Following numerous reports of anti-social behaviour at the former Serendipity Care Home premises, officers from the Trafford North Neighbourhood Team have been working closely with partner agencies to address concerns raised by local residents.

As a result of this partnership work, the building has now been boarded up and secured to prevent unauthorised access and help tackle the issues being experienced in the area.

We would like to thank everyone who has taken the time to report incidents. Your reports help us identify problems and work with our partners to take positive action. 

Please continue to report any incidents of anti-social behaviour so that we can take appropriate action.
