Any sightings of a Citreon Van with ladders on top.

We have had a report of a suspicious vehicle being seen on two occasions in the Gayle area.  The vehicle is described as a Citreon Van with ladders on top with a possible registration of SK7*CS* (the CS part is believed to be correct).  On the 30th July the vehicle has been driven to an address in Gayle, by an unknown male who has asked the occupant if they would like work doing on their trees for free, not much is free nowadays and I'm guessing he realised this as when he was asked for his business card he has made a sharp exit!

The same vehicle was seen on the early hours of the 8th August in convoy with another vehicle (no further details known).
