WANTED UPDATE | Stuart Blackburn, Exeter

We are issuing a new photograph to help trace a 39-year-old wanted man from Exeter.

Stuart Blackburn is being sought in connection with reports of intentional strangulation.

Enquiries have been made by officers to locate him and he is believed to have been in the Broadmead area of Bristol.

Officers are continuing to appeal to the public for information on his whereabouts.

Blackburn is described as a white male of slim build with light brown hair. He is 5ft 10in tall.
