Today I attended the TVP Training Centre at Sulhamstead to give a talk to new PCSO’s about Neighbourhood Watch and community engagement. Afterwards I visited the memorial garden in the college grounds to pay my respects to PC Andrew Harper and the other officers who gave their lives to keep us safe. We owe them and the officers who are putting themselves at risk every day a huge debt of gratitude, and our support. RIP Andrew
