Face to Face engagement - SELWYN AVE, Newbury ward

Dear Residents,

Today, officers from Newbury Ward took part in door-to-door engagement with local residents. We spoke with members of the community about a range of topics, including anti-social behaviour, home security, and vehicle security.

The main message we wanted to convey was the importance of remaining vigilant as the days become shorter. Historically, this period often sees an increase in burglaries and vehicle thefts, so we encouraged residents to take simple steps to protect their homes and vehicles and to report any suspicious activity to the police.
