We've got your application to start a Neighbourhood Watch scheme - next steps

Thank you for applying to start a Neighbourhood Watch scheme in your area – it’s great to see residents taking the lead to make their communities safer and more connected.  My name is David Spencer and I am a locally based volunteer known as a Membership Support Administrator (MSA for short). I am also vice chair of the Staffordshire Neighbourhood Watch Association (StaffsWatch) and it is my role to help you in your application journey with Neighbourhood Watch.  

As part of our approval process, we need to arrange a short chat with you before your scheme can be approved. This can be done in whichever way suits you best:

This conversation helps us support you properly, answer any questions you may have, and make sure everything is in place for your scheme to succeed.

When your application is approved, you’ll be able to invite neighbours to register, be officially registered as a scheme and be part of the Neighbourhood Watch family, and start making a real difference in your local community.

Although the default contact period is usually 7 days, I will be away next week! If we could arrange to chat w/c 17th August that would be great and then I can approve the scheme.
