CRIME update for July 2026

Dear Resident

Here is an update regarding Burglaries, Vehicle Crime and Criminal damage which occurred in the Forest Fields Police beat area during the month of July.

Burglaries residential = 1

25/07 Third Avenue – At 3:04am, attempt burglary whereby unknown suspect has tried front door handle to property but have not gained entry. 

Criminal damage = 5

03/07 Berridge Road East – Suspect has caused damage to passenger side window.

Between 8pm 05/07 and 12:30pm 06/07 Laurie Avenue – Passenger side window has been dinted.

Between 10pm 08/07 and 8am 09/07 Third Avenue – Rear door lock to property has been damaged.

23/07 Third Avenue – Fencing damage.

27/07 Noel Street – Male suspect has smashed a window to a property, awaiting identification from CCTV images.

Theft of motor vehicle = 0

Theft from vehicle = 1

04/07 Laurie Avenue – entry gained via unsecure door, untidy search and money in the form of loose change taken from the centre console.

PLEASE ENSURE YOU LOCK ALL YOUR DOORS AND WINDOWS, ENSURE YOU REMOVE ALL VALUABLE ITEMS FROM VISIBLE VIEW
