Police Operation Targeting Robbery Suspects

I would like to share some good news with you about a huge policing operation that occurred yesterday 6th August, to target Robbery suspects across all of Greenwich Borough.  It was lead by Greenwich Neighbourhood Policing Teams, assisted by TSG and other Units.

It involved the execution of 11 Warrants simultaneously at addresses, for named robbery suspects, involved in numerous offences recently across the Borough, who had been targeting school children. 

I am pleased to tell you, that a total of 10 people were arrested for offences including robbery, violent disorder, possession of knives, drugs supply and police recovered various knives, drugs and an imitation firearm.

This is just one example of the excellent work your neighbourhood police teams do, across the Borough, to target crime and anti social behaviour in your communities.
