Dear Manor Park,

Yesterday evening PC Ayesha Mohammad 2466NE and PCSO Vicky Greenhill 7113NE were out on mobile patrol when PC Mohammad spotted a suspicious parked vehicle on Warrior Square E12.

Acting quickly PC Mohammad stopped the car with three youths inside and PCSO Greenhill called for local back-up.

By the time we arrived one of the youths was in cuffs with the other detained. A third ran off, losing himself in the backstreets of E12 but not before having his face recorded on our cameras  - not to mention leaving his vehicle behind him.

 A further request for help saw core team officers arrive and as the two cuffed youths were searched a thorough search was made of the vehicle.

Attached are what was found - machete and other knives along with a quantity of drugs.

Both men found themselves on their way to Wood Green custody suite.
