Appeal for information in relation to ASB

On 25/07/2026 at approximately 16:30hrs, a young male 11 to 14 years of age 5ft 4-5in tall, dressed in all black (tee shirt, shorts, shoes and sox), wearing a dark in colour face covering, ran up to a vulnerable person’s door at in property in Marsh Chapel, knocked hard on the door, before running off. 

The resident is bewildered and traumatised her place of safety and tranquillity has been violated by this senseless action.

We believe this male was part of a larger group of youths, one of whom goes by the name of ‘Charlie’. 

The older youths are also encouraging younger ones to conduct antisocial behaviour (ASB).

Police are appealing for any information which can help identify the person(s) to invite them in for a chat about the harm this type of antisocial behaviour (ASB) can have on vulnerable people.
