Hackney Wick officers Recover Zombie Knife- 03/08/2026

Today, Hackney Wick officers recovered a large zombie knife in the HERE EAST area during proactive patrols.

This is another example of our ongoing work to remove dangerous weapons from our streets and prevent serious violence before it happens. Our officers are carrying out targeted patrols, using stop and search powers where lawful and necessary, and working tirelessly to tackle knife crime and keep our community safe.
