Good Afternoon Queensbury residents,

Just to make you aware we have had a few reports of pick pocketing and items being stolen from bags and pockets.

Below are a few reminders to try to help avoid this happening to you.

keep handbags where possible diagonally across your chest and in front of you where you can see it.

avoid putting wallets or mobile phones in any back pockets of trousers

if in a crowded area or on public transport with a rucksack, keep it in front of you rather than on your back

keep any bags zipped or fastened correctly
