Attempted Theft

Good afternoon, 

Blackburn NPT have been made aware of an attempted bike theft on the 28/7/26 on Lytham Road. If anyone has witnessed anyone trying to steal bikes in the area recently or have any CCTV please can you respond to this message or ring 101 and quote log number LC-20260728-1123. 

Please keep all bikes locked up and out of sight. Offenders are usually opportunists and will take advantage without thinking of the consequences to themselves or other members of the public.
