Dear Resident,
On Thursday 30/07/2026 at approx. 14.05 hrs, offender(s) have committed theft of a pedal cycle in Upton Road, WATFORD.
The pedal cycle which is a BTWIN and is Blue with Orange writing on the side was locked to a lamp post outside a flat block on Upton Road. The bike lock has been broken and the bike has been stolen.
