Appeal- Dog attack, Penkridge

Good evening hope your well. 

Further to the last message I sent out, its been clarified that the dog in question was in fact a white french bulldog which had a pink harness on at the time. 

Did you witness a dog attack outside Blend Coffee Shop, Crown Bridge, Penkridge, at approximately 4:40pm on Friday 25 July 2026?

A white french bulldog attacked another dog, causing minor injuries. I am attempting to identify the owner of the french bulldog involved.
