Monthly Community Update from Sgt Ian Roach July 2026 

I hope this message finds you well. As we move through July to August, I wanted to share a quick round-up of what’s been happening across our local area, what’s coming up, and how we’re working together to keep our community safe and thriving. 

🔍 Local Priorities  

. Shoplifting – Targeting our most frequently hit stores. 

. Anti-social behaviour remains a priority concern for our local communities and will    remain a main priority especially with school summer holidays approaching. 

. Drug dealing and drug related activity. 

. Signing residents on to Connects. 

. Speeding within the patch. 

We’re continuing patrols and targeted operations in these areas looking to add additional staffing throughout the summer months targeting anti social behaviour and welcome any feedback or concerns you’d like to raise. If you see us out and about please do not hesitate to come and have a chat.
