🚓 Neighbourhood Policing Update 🚓

Officers from the Whitefield Neighbourhood Team were carrying out proactive patrols in the area when they stopped a vehicle. Following checks, a knife was located in the centre console, and the driver was subsequently arrested.

Knife crime remains a national policing priority, and tackling those who carry weapons is vital in helping to prevent violence and protect our communities.

Keeping weapons off our streets is a priority, and incidents like this highlight the importance of proactive policing in helping to keep our neighbourhoods safe.
