E-bike seizures in Wandsworth Town

Dear Ward Residents,

Officers are aware that e-bikes travelling at dangerously high speeds throughout the Wandsworth Town area are causing big concern to residents.

As a result, our team are working hard to inspect e-bikes passing through the area - and we're seizing any that fall outside of EAPC regulations.

The bike below was seized in Old York Road, SW18. The electric motor exceeded 250 watts and as a result, the bike was capable of going far too fast.
