Fraud

Dear East Putney,

Please be aware of a fraudster. On West Hill a man was parking his car when he was approached by a man who took two bank cards and the pin numbers.

The victim had trouble getting his card out of the machine when a fraudster approached to help. The fraudster said he should try another card. In the mean time the fraudster managed to see two PIN numbers and then ran off with the cards where he used them in the cash machine to steal £1500.

Please look out for a man in dark clothing with a goaty beard about 40 yrs old possibly asian in origin and be extra careful when buying a ticket to park your car.
