Team update

Over the weekend the team were out again patrolling around the area focusing on keeping areas like Winnats Pass, Castleton clear of motorists who either have a lack of understanding of the highway code and what a "Clearway" is or just decide to ignore. A clearway is a stretch of road where drivers are strictly forbidden from stopping or parking their vehicles at any time including the verges.

Also, another focus for the team is on road safety which is a priority for us due to the nature of area and the surrounding roads, unfortunately on Friday evening there was another accident on the A57 towards Strines involving a motorcyclist, reminder to all that the A57 Snake Pass can be a dangerous road if not respected and driven in relation to the road conditions at the time, so please drive safely.
