🚨 Operation Savage Results - Nuisance Vehicle Crackdown in Gravesend 🚔 |

On Friday 24 July 2026, officers from Gravesend CSU, the Kent Police Special Constabulary, the Roads Policing Rural Task Force (RTF) and our drone team conducted Operation Savage, targeting nuisance vehicles and anti-social behaviour across Gravesend. The operation focused on utilising the new Section 59 powers, allowing officers to take robust action against vehicles being used in an anti-social manner. With support from specialist resources, including drone capability, officers were able to identify, locate and seize vehicles causing issues within our communities. These results highlight our continued commitment to tackling nuisance vehicles, anti-social behaviour and criminality in Gravesend. The vehicles we are targeting are often off-road bikes, Surrons, quad bikes and high-powered motorcycles, many of which are stolen or ridden illegally on public roads, pavements, parks and open spaces. Their use can cause significant alarm, distress and annoyance to residents, as well as posing a serious danger to pedestrians, other road users and the riders themselves.
📈 The latest results mean that more than 150 nuisance vehicles have now been seized in the Gravesend area in just three months.
