Back in 2018 I dealt with a strange issue of many glass bottles being left out and lined up on a wall and in other areas, this was raised by a local resident, long story short I'm almost 100% sure found who was doing this and asked them to stop, it stopped for many years. However, last year it started happening again. I once again visited the person I believe is doing it, they again denied it and it briefly stopped. However, its started again.
What I really need is independent evidence - a witness, mobile phone footage, dashcam footage, or CCTV of the person doing this. Have you seen who is doing this? Can you described them? Do you know where they live?
