Police Engagement at GlastonBarry

Yesterday, PCSOs and police officers from the Neighbourhood Policing Team attended the GlastonBarry Junior Festival as part of our ongoing community engagement work.

Children enjoyed taking part in a keyring fingerprinting activity, giving them the opportunity to learn more about policing in a fun and interactive way. We also gave young people the chance to try on police equipment and uniforms and sit inside a police van, which proved very popular.

It was fantastic to engage with so many children, parents and members of the community, answering questions and building positive relationships with their local neighbourhood policing team.
