Tonight I conducted a patrol in Bearsted focusing on areas that anti-social behaviour regularly occurs. The following is the results of that patrol…

4 youths were moved on from the car park next to The Yeoman to prevent anti-social behaviour.

3 youths were deterred from going to the car park behind Taksim.

A patrol was carried out in the alleyway behind Tesco, running parallel to the Ashford Road.

6 youths were found drinking alcohol in the Woodland Trust. The alcohol was seized and disposed of.

Unfortunately, due to being diverted to emergency calls, I was unable to patrol the area until later than I had intended and therefore missed some of the individuals who had been present earlier in the evening. These people sadly left behind a significant amount of litter.

I will continue to carry out patrols and will aim to be in the area earlier on future occasions with the intention of dealing with any anti-social behaviour as it occurs.
