Car Break-in - Near You - Scoresby Street, BD1

Dear Resident,

We have received a report of a vehicle being targeted between 00:00 on 19 July 2026 and 20:00 on 21 July 2026.

Unknown suspect/s gained entry to the vehicle after smashing a passenger-side window and carried out an untidy search of the interior. Fortunately, no items were reported stolen.

Please remain vigilant and take the following precautions:

Ensure vehicles are locked and always secured.

Remove all valuables and items from view.

Park in well-lit areas where possible.

Consider the use of CCTV, dashcams, or additional vehicle security measures.

If you witnessed any suspicious activity in the area during this time, or have CCTV, doorbell, or dashcam footage that may assist, please report it to West Yorkshire Police via 101 or online, quoting incident reference number 13260415494.
