E-Bikes Causing Anti Social Behaviour in the Halliwell Area

Good Morning, 

The Halliwell Neighbourhood Team have been made aware of E-Bikes which are being used in the Halliwell area to supply drugs by 2 males wearing balaclavas. The bikes are often frequenting the School Hill & Brownlow Way area of Halliwell as well as other streets and locations nearby including parks and car parks. 

Firstly, please be mindful of this when using the car parks and parks in the area, especially with children. Do not approach these males but members of the public are encouraged contact the police if they are sighted. 

Secondly, any one with any information in relation to the males using these bikes, is asked to report this either online, via 101 or annonymously via CrimeStoppers. You can also email PC 18827 Buckle with any information - 18827@gmp.police.uk
