Prolific Shoplifter Jailed for Breaching Criminal Behaviour Order

Michael Bogle, a prolific shoplifter has been sentenced to eight months’ imprisonment for breaching a Criminal Behaviour Order (CBO). The custodial sentence was imposed following repeated offending and continued disregard for the conditions of the order.
