Commissioner Grunshaw and Lancashire Police have recently launched the Lancashire Anti-Social Behaviour (ASB) Action Plan. 

To deepen local understanding of public perceptions of ASB, lived experiences, and community priorities, independent research agency Tonic will carry out a series of Lancashire focus groups.
