🚔 Moped Seizures Across the Area 🚔

Local neighbourhood officers have continued to tackle the anti-social use of mopeds and motorcycles across the borough, resulting in a number of vehicles being seized.

The vehicles were stopped for offences including:

Driving a vehicle without valid insurance is a serious offence and can result in the vehicle being seized, as well as penalty points, fines and increased future insurance premiums.

The anti-social use of mopeds and motorcycles can have a significant impact on local communities, creating safety concerns for pedestrians, cyclists and other road users. Officers will continue to proactively target those who use vehicles irresponsibly and take enforcement action where offences are identified.
