Sturminster Newton and North Dorset Rural Neighbourhood Policing Team We have been out and about across the patch this week, keeping busy ahead of the weekend. Here's a snapshot of what we've been up to: Supported the policing operation for the visit of Their Majesties The King and Queen to Blandford, helping ensure the day ran safely and smoothly.Tracked down and arrested a male wanted on a recall to prison warrant, with support from Gillingham NPT and Shaftesbury NPT. Gathered and submitted intelligence to support ongoing policing activity.Held a Community Contact Point in Stalbridge, speaking with residents about the issues that matter most to them. And finally, a very talented member of our community left this fantastic piece of slate artwork at the station for the team. Thank you – we love it! Watch this space... there's more to come!
