A man who was apprehended on a bus and arrested for shoplifting at the Rush Green Co-op last weekend has been given a £200 fine.
He was also issued with a day's detention, which was spent in custody after his arrest and the subsequent investigation process.
This is the second person arrested for shoplifting at the Dagenham Road store in the past 10 weeks, with the team's Adam arresting and assisting respectively.
