For the month of June, the ward has had.

9 calls in relation to Anti-Social Behaviour

25 calls regarding crime. No burglaries reported.

In total 44 calls were made to police in the month of June.

Work of note

1 male arrested for shop thefts in the ward

1 male from the ward arrested for drug driving 

1 male arrested for assault

1 male arrested in Brotton for failing to attend court and recall to prison.

We are aware of a number of off-road motorbikes and high-powered electric bikes riding around the ward, if you see these please report them on 101 or via the COPA app.

The police now have a unit dealing with Off road bikes and the more reports made the more chance we have of getting the specialised unit over East Cleveland..

We have had recently had males claiming to be either just out of prison or ex services going around the area trying to sell cleaning products, these are usually sold at vastly inflated prices.

If you have these people come to your door politely tell them NO, and if possible keep an eye on your neighbours.
