Town Centre Patrol

Good afternoon all,

During today's Town Centre patrols, PC 05086 Maestro located and arrested a male who was showing wanted. 

PCSO Davies and PCSO Cornell conducted high-vis patrol around all aspects of the town centre, particularly around Yorkshire Street and Riverside, advising those perceived to be drinking in public and confiscating alcohol where necessary. As stated yesterday, we understand with the hot weather and the upcoming big game between England and Argentina this evening, will appease some people to drink in public on the town centre, I cannot stress enough that this isn't acceptable and will be dealt with by officers accordingly. It creates anti-social behaviour and causes alarm and distress to other members of the public.

However, fingers crossed for a good result tonight! Come on England!
