Vehicle crime prevention advice |

|
Dear Residents,
We would like to remind everyone of the importance of keeping vehicles secure and removing valuables when leaving them unattended. Recently, on 13/07/26 between 9.30am -11am a white ford transit van was broken into whilst parked on Jasmin Close, unfortunately suspects gained entry by damaging the lock and door of the van, where power tools were then stolen. If you have information or have any CCTV of the incident then please contact police on 101 quoting reference: 01/7809274/26
To help reduce the risk of becoming a victim of crime, please: Opportunist thieves will often target vehicles where valuables are visible or where they believe tools may be stored. Taking a few simple precautions can significantly reduce the likelihood of your vehicle being targeted, please see the link below; Keeping vehicles safe | Crime prevention | Metropolitan Police If you see any suspicious activity around vehicles in your area, please report it to the police. Thank you
PCSO John Usher
