Theft from motor vehicle

Dear Resident

You are receiving this as you live in the vicinity of a theft from motor vehicle that occurred on Church Mews between Monday 12th July 22:00hrs and Tuesday 13th July 05:30hrs

A vehicle was reported as being broken into whilst parked on the roadside.

The victim's vehicle had been left locked and secure. At this time, it is unknown how the suspect(s) gained entry, as there was no visible damage to the vehicle. A number of items were stolen from inside.

If you have any information in relation to the above, please contact the Police on 101 or speak to a local PCSO. Please also check your CCTV or Doorbell camera if you have one during the crime timings to see if there are any activations. 

This is also a good time to check your own security; many offences are preventable with small improvements to your vehicle security.
