Southall Safe Haven

Dear Resident,

Please be aware of the Southall Safe Haven which is being set up at Southall Train station, as part of the MET's commitment to reducing Violence Against Women and Girls (VAWG).  Details;

•Every Friday and Saturday 10th July - 1st August 2026.

•Officers will be stationed inside Southall train station ticket hall at the ‘Safe Zone’ from 7pm till Midnight.

•We have water bottles, and we will have portable phone chargers on hand.

•This space will offer women and vulnerable people a place to feel safe whilst travelling home from central London.

•Officers and charities will be on hand to offer advice, signpost to partner services and help the public get home safely.
