Local Dangerous Driving Message

We wanted to share a quick update about dangerous driving in your area. Please be assured we’re working to keep everyone safe.

During the evening of Sunday 12th July 2026 whilst your local officers were out on patrol, they saw a suspected illegal E bike being ridden around North End Road and Fulham Road at high speeds. The officers tried to engage the offender on foot but the rider sped off. Using their local knowledge and utilising CCTV they managed to track the offender and his bike trying to hide inside Brompton Cemetery. They found him, and the rider has been processed for various traffic offences and his E Bike seized so it can no longer be used recklessly.

If someone is driving a motor vehicle, they should always be doing so in a safe and considerate manner. Even momentary lapses in judgement can have life changing or devastating consequences for those in the vehicle or innocent bystanders.
