Co-op shoplifter arrested

This morning, another arrest was made on suspicion of theft at the Co-op in Rush Green.

After being alerted to the live situation, Eastbrook's Adam, alongside Heath SNT's arresting officer, Gabe, and team member Shush, arrived at the Dagenham Road store.

Despite the suspect leaving the area on public transport, the trio were able to identify the bus, before catching up and arresting the man. He was transported to Freshwharf custody in Barking and remanded for 3 counts of theft.

Back in May, Adam made an arrest for shoplifting offences, which resulted in 4 weeks' imprisonment and a fine.
