A Busy Day for the Team Yesterday!
We started the day with a successful bike marking event, where a number of bicycles were security marked. These events are a great way to help deter bike theft and increase the chances of stolen bikes being reunited with their owners. Thank you to everyone who came along and took advantage of the service.
Following the event, officers detained a suspected shoplifter, who was subsequently arrested. Tackling retail crime remains an important part of our work, helping to support local businesses and keep our communities safe.
Later in the afternoon, we spent time on foot patrol at the Albrighton Summer Fayre, engaging with residents, visitors, and stallholders. It was fantastic to see so many people enjoying the event and to have the opportunity to speak with members of the community.
