Dear Residents

An update from your local Neighbourhood Police Team.

CRIME 

Theft of Motor Vehicle reported from the Covered Wagon Public House, Holyhead Road. An orange Ford Transit Van and been stolen from the location. 

Theft of Motor Vehicle from Browett Road. A silver Ford Transit van has been stolen from the location.

Both incidents are still under investigation. 

WHAT'S BEEN HAPPENING. 

With the focus still on anti-social behavior, officers have been conducting patrols in key locations across the neighbourhood. 

School officers have been visiting local schools to educate young people on the effects of anti-social behaviour in their communities and how it can have an effect on vulnerable people. 

Please report any anti-social behaviour to us 

WEATHER

With the sunny weather showing signs of hanging around, please ensure your property is secure. When popping out lock doors and windows. Don't give burglars an easy entry point. 

Opportunist burglars know that people will leave a window open while the weather is hot, so take the time to secure all windows and doors even if you're only going out for a short amount of time. 

PACT MEETING

There will be a community PACT meeting on Wednesday 29th of July, at 6.30pm at the Coundon Social Club. Please come along and meet the Sherbourne Police Team. This is an opportunity to discuss any issues you have that affect where you live and work. We will also invite the local councilors along. It would be great to see as many of the community there as possible.
