Community Safety Message – Fence & Higham Residents

Good afternoon everyone

I’d like to remind all residents to remain vigilant following reports of burglaries and thefts from motor vehicles in and around the area.

With the spell of hot weather continuing, more people are leaving windows open, spending time in gardens and visiting parks or other public places.  Unfortunately, this can create opportunities for opportunistic criminals.

Please help protect yourself and your neighbours by:

If you see anyone acting suspiciously, please report it to the police. If a crime is in progress or there is an immediate risk to life, always call 999. For non-emergencies, report incidents via 101 or the police’s online reporting service.

A few simple precautions can make a big difference, have a nice weekend.
