Dropped kerbs being blocked on Accrington road

Good afternoon,

It has been past to the Police that Dropped kerbs are being blocked on Accrington road this simply cannot happen and they are to be kept clear as this is causing wheelchairs and Mobility scooters to have to go into the road this is a real risk as this is a very busy road with a large volume of traffic passing. This is going to be checked by police and if a vehicle is blocking a dropped kerb then action is to be taken.
