🚓🎉Local Officers Join Local School Fair 🎉🚓

Good afternoon residents, 

Your local Neighbourhood Policing Team had a brill time visiting a local primary school's summer fair this week. 

Our highlight was giving children the opportunity to sit inside a police car, switch on the blue lights and even sound the sirens! (Sorry to any local residents.)There were plenty of smiles, excitement and lots of great questions about policing and keeping our communities safe. 

Events like these are a great way to engage with the young people of the community, build positive relationships and give children an insight into the role of the police. Thank you to the school for inviting us along and to all the children and their families who came to say hello.
