UNINSURED BIKE - SEIZED

PC Rose and PC Ratchford were completing routine patrols around hotspot areas in Failsworth when they noticed a moped with two males riding along the canal. Shortly after the bike was found by a member of the public dumped near Ridgefield Street. The bike came back with no insurance and was was seized under 165 of the Road Traffic Act.
