Vehicle Crime Prevention Message

Dear residents,

Please help protect your vehicle from theft by following some simple crime prevention measures:

Always lock your vehicle and close all windows, even if leaving it for a short time.

Never leave valuables, bags, wallets, phones, or tools on display.

Remove keys from the vehicle and keep them out of sight at home.

Park in a well-lit, busy area where possible.

Consider using additional security devices such as steering wheel locks, alarms, or trackers.

Check that your vehicle is secure before leaving it unattended.

If you notice any suspicious activity around vehicles, please report it to the police. In an emergency or if a crime is in progress, call 999. Otherwise, report information via 101 or online.
