When should I contact private security first? Private security should be your first point of contact for: Anti-social behaviour (Noise, nuisance, loitering, intimidation where there is no immediate danger)Suspicious behaviour or persons on the estateParking issues or obstruction on private roadsTrespassing on private landDamage to estate propertyConcerns about communal areas or securityWelfare concerns where someone may need assistance but there is no immediate emergencyPrivate security can: Attend quickly to assess the situationHelp resolve estate-related issuesGather information and evidenceContact the police if criminal offences are identified or if police attendance is required.When should I contact the Police first?
