cloned number plate

On Tuesday the 7th of July 2026 officers have engaged in a pursuit with a confirmed cloned DACIA SANDERO which was using false registration plates. The pursuit has concluded in Alts estate in Oldham where the vehicle was abandoned. 

Checks on the vehicle confirmed that its true identity was that of an outstanding stolen vehicle taken in a burglary in the Oldham area. The vehicle has been recovered for forensic enquiries and the investigation remains ongoing.
