Good Morning
We would like to remind residents and cyclists to remain vigilant due to an increase in reported bike theft in the area. Please be aware that some suspects involved in these offences may be carrying weapons. For your safety, do not approach, challenge, or engage with anyone attempting to steal a bicycle. If you witness a theft in progress or feel threated, call 999 immediately. To help reduce the risk of theft, please consider the following crime prevention measures:
If you witness suspicious behaviour or have information relating to bike theft, please report it via 101 or online. In emergency or if a crime is in progress, call 999. If you have a bike, protect your bike. The most important thing to remember is to double lock your bike and register frame number.
